I work in a manufacturing company, from Midvale, UT. I purchased AutoClave Supplies INM2W2-55MD6B Sterilizer - Electric Timer (buzz) from sterilizers.com on 5/27/2009.

The salesman I dealt with was Shlomo Savyon.
I placed an overnight delivery, they told me the part will be shipped the same day. The next day I did not recieve my part, after I called in they told me my part was never shipped. I appreciate a shipping refund.
