I called because we had an issue with our Market Forge Autocalve sterilizer. I spoke with Alfa's technician Buddy who was very knowledgeable and helpful. He really knows his autoclave and how to trouble shoot our problems.

He then transfered me to the sales department so I could place my order for overnight delivery.
