On our confirmation e-mail, it said the product would ship 1-29-08. That was 3 weeks from the order date. I called to verify this and no one returned my call. We recieved an e-mail today saying that the product shipped today. I am not sure if the wrong date was entered on the original e-mail to us or what, but shipping today is great service!!!!
