Alfa Medical Return Policy

Electronic parts - not returnable

Mechanical parts - Call us when you receive the part (s) and ask for return authorization #. Only then you may return the part (s). Upon inspection of the return part(s), we will refund you the cost of the part (s) except shipping back and forth. If you receive the part (s) which you didn't order, we will refund the freight back and forth as well

New sterilizers are not returnable .

New sterilizers received which are not working, will be replaced free of charge.

Refurbished sterilizers are returnable for full refund except the freight.

Anything else you purchase from Alfa will be decided case by case.
