Chlorine dioxide GMP Gas Sterilization

	Cloridox-GMP The Cloridox-GMP Sterilization System is portable in design and is comprised of a gas generation section and a sensing/electronic section. These are used in conjunction with an operator control and monitoring system. The PLC system controls and monitors pressures, temperatures, relative humidity, and chlorine dioxide gas concentration during the operating cycle. A sophisticated operator interface system allows for easy cycle development and cycle selection. A documented run record is produced which includes all of the critical process parameters. An optional steam inject module delivers steam to raise relative humidity to within a specified range.

	Cloridox-B The non-GMP version of the Cloridox-GMP is available as a low cost CD generation system for applications that don't require full GMP systems. It is especially suited for room decontamination.

	Cloridox-DS The Cloridox-DS Sterilization System can completely control a cycle for a wide range of research and production applications within a given chamber. The typical chlorine dioxide gas generating system consists of the following modules: • A Gas Generator Module that produces the gaseous sterilizing agent, fully controls the sterilization process, and provides a 8" x 11.5" run record • Dedicated to each chamber are the following: •A Gas Inject Module for the delivery of gas into the chamber •A Sensor Module for monitoring process parameters
